Innovo Music Evaluation

Question 1:

For this question, the technology they have used is Prezi. They have split the question up into parts starting with the Music video and then Digipack etc. In this question they talk a lot about Goodwin's theory and how they made sure their video followed that. I like the way they keep linking back to this theory because it shows they have really thought about their video and how to make it as successful as possible. They have not only talked about the video as a whole, but looked in to the genre specifics and how they fit the conventions of that particular genre. They talk about the digipack and the reasoning behind the style of it. I like how they justified why they made a vinyl as well as a CD and discussed the differences between the layout.

Question 2:

The second question is presented in video format. They have a voiceover on a video with lots of pictures of different things to do with their film and what they are saying. This makes it easier for us to visualise what they are saying. House style is a topic they cover in this question, they say that they used one constant house style throughout all the final work they produced to keep the theme consistent.  They also talk about synergy, how having a noticeable brand style for every piece of their work across multiple platforms.

Question 3:

This question is about audience feedback. They start off the powerpoint talking about the survey they used and go through the majority of the questions and discuss how the answers helped them decide  what to include in their film. For their question about peoples favourite music genres, they made a Pie chart to show the results. They did this because they were torn between three genres but eventually narrowed it down using this survey. Then they have showed screenshots of audience feedback they received about their film, some being very helpful, constructive criticism and some just praising them on their efforts. They put their first draft on this powerpoint and later discussed what people did and didn't like and how they altered the video to please the audience more.

Question 4:

Powtoon is used for their fourth question on the evaluation, this is my favourite of the technologies they used as it looks very clean and nice.
